Recipe Name: Banana dog
peanut butter (soy nut)
Instructions: Spread the peanut butter on one side of the bun and the jam on the other side and put the banana in the middle. It looks cute and taste yummy. For smaller portions you can separate the banana into thirds by putting your finger down the middle and peal it apart like an orange so it is not so thick in the bun for little mouths and use half a bun but leave the banana third full length.
Special Notes or Tips: you can use applesauce instead of jam. Try yogurt or other toppings maybe raisins, cherries or other fruits.(possibly whipped cream)It is a healthy lunch that looks like dessert!
