Yoga Class

Quality in early childhood is the best foundation for success in school. Our activities will challenge and develop your child’s creativity, imagination, thinking skills, and social skills.

 Welcome to Yoga class! Our little yogis learn the power of breathing and stretching poses while pretending to be animals. They also learn fun songs that relate to the Yoga core teachings. Quiet time and meditation are part of the closing of every class. We are very excited and grateful for this new addition to our curriculum. We believe that Yoga is key to help children develop self-control and exercise the power of silence, which is essential to clear our minds. Children learn to use all of their muscles in new ways as yoga enhances physical flexibility and strength. Yoga refines balance, focus, concentration and also boosts self-esteem and confidence.

Yoga is every Wednesday 10:45 am to 11:15 am

Yoga has touched many children in the few weeks since it became part of the program, we have seen a great improvement on controlling emotions and it has greatly helped teach children to quiet their minds for nap time. So happy for yoga class!
